Justin was great. He was able to check Emma is and arrange and complete her appointment. Angel, the technician was very good in checking Emma. Dr. Rudds was able to diagnose the problem and give me very understandable information. I highly recommend Dr. Rudds for all of my dog's medical needs, and; the Bay Ridge Animal Hospital to everyone. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Great place for my dog.

Had a great experience per usual! Justin always greets us with a smile and is extremely helpful checking in and out. Dr. Rudd is amazing and I love taking our dog to see her! She’s extremely personable and has great bedside manner. She’s super knowledgeable and makes us feel extremely comfortable! Can’t recommend enough.
Everyone at Bay Ridge Animal Hospital is wonderful! The experience scheduling appointments or calling with questions is super easy, they have great hours, the staff is friendly and competent. And I really trust that the doctor takes time with us, listens, and give us lots of options for treatment.
Had a great experience today on both the cat and dog side. I have a difficult dog who can be very aggressive at the vet. Justin at the front, the tech bridge and Dr. gostyla were all incredible and handled him with confidence. It was about as stress free as it possibly could have been given our circumstances
